      Definitely not worth it

      Pros

      Decent teams with some really good people and PTO.

      Cons

      They make it extremely difficult to learn the job, lots of favoritism and ineffective leadership. If you do your job you get rewarded with doing other people's jobs as well. Also, you get one break on a 12 hour shift. No 401k match.

      Peers are great. Learning is fun there.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. Forced overtime and completely inconsistent schedule. Upper management does not care for employees. Promises of promotions that never come.
