Pros

good nbenefits, freedom to have a work - home life balance, global footprint, growing company, vacation and personal time, flexibility to work from home

Cons

The sites that were added to the company as part of acquisitions still identify as their former company name, which means they alos to not operate to a corporate standard.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years there are periods of adjustment as the company grows and evolves. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, and bringing your concerns to our attention.

Pros

Decent pay, great benefits, experience to put on a resume.

Cons

Bad communication across the board. You get thrown right in with lack of training and guidance. Micro team was full of misogyny. They welcome new ideas but never implement them. The team is stubborn and refuses to change for the better. They think they are operating fine. Overworked because they are critically understaffed. They keep people that cripple the team because of this and this causes an employee retention issue. 75% of the time you are in the manufacturing area instead of the lab doing microbiology testing…makes no sense.
