Curia is a good place to learn. A lot of challenging projects that will help you in your career develop really valuable skills

Cons

It’s extremely short staffed with inexperience peoples. Complex projects require good experience to complete. Cannot just throw inexperienced people in especially when it’s critical the project is done correctly

I have joined in Curia Global 8 months back and its been wonderful journey so far. I see healthy work environment here and encouragement from management to do something new in the process. if you have done a really good job then definitely there will be appreciation from Top Management which boost employees Strength.

Cons

Everything looks good at Curia except the transportation facility. if they provide then definitely employees will be more Happy.
