good luck coming up with some pros for this place

Cons

it has never been an easy place to work, but leadership changes throughout 2020-2021 have made this place a dumpster fire. Avoid it at all costs

Thank you for your feedback. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years, there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry. Pay was good. It was cool knowing that I was a part of helping sick people

Management was very unorganized and was reactivate rather then proactive about fixing issues
