      Pros

      cGMP team are all incredibly gracious and helpful people. Management is very flexible on time off and work hard to maintain employee work/life balance as best they can. 3 weeks of paid vacation, paid sick time and floating holidays.

      Cons

      Pay rates are slightly lower than the industry standard.

As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry. We will continue to aim our efforts toward maintaining a lower than industry average attrition rate. Thank you, again, for your review.
