Pros

cGMP team are all incredibly gracious and helpful people. Management is very flexible on time off and work hard to maintain employee work/life balance as best they can. 3 weeks of paid vacation, paid sick time and floating holidays.

Cons

Pay rates are slightly lower than the industry standard.

Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us to hear from all team members, past and present, to implement future change. We try to look at industry standards and cost of living for our employees in relation to other benefits offered by AMRI for team members. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, and bringing your concerns to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees. We have made significant progress and continue to input training across our organization for all levels of employees. Thank you, again, for your review.

Thank you for your feedback. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry. We will continue to aim our efforts toward maintaining a lower than industry average attrition rate. Thank you, again, for your review.
