Pros

The actual work is interesting, research and development for pharma industry. Benefits are competitive, no waiting period for eligibility Is slowly updating IT systems to meet the times. Mostly good people looking to deliver a quality product

Cons

The culture is the very disappointing. Very blame oriented instead of solution oriented. One wrong move and your head is on the chopping block. Everyone is very tense all the time because they are uncertain about their job security. Communication is poor, both within sites and across sites. I couldn’t tell you anything our other sites are doing or working on nor have I been afforded the opportunity. No career development opportunity. Not much value placed on movement. They just want you to do the job you are hired to do. Not much room for advancement, even as you gain experience. Company seems to be struggling financially. They were recently purchased by a private equity firm and are unable to make the investments needed to sustain an organization that needs a lot of TLC.
