Had benefits, but the doctor in the network wasn't in Albuquerque Easy way to get into pharma

Cons

Bad management High people turnaround Not good life/work balance There was lots of waste One tent that was used as temporary tox-room (that was only good for a week) was used for over a year

Opportunity to bring new ideas to the table. Management seems somewhat open-minded. Could be a stepping stone for some strong-willed individuals.

Cons

Work-life balance is a problem. If you have issues with stress, time management, and abusive management styles with negativity and high pressure, this may not be the place for you. Management is not satisfied with any progress and asks for impossible things with few resources. You may notice yourself sleeping less, becoming stressed and unhealthy, struggling to meet your family's needs, and damaging relationships in your life. This company can change your personality completely, and not for the better. It's not worth it, get a new job.
