      Pros

      AMRI has a legacy of 25-30 years with head quarters in USA, the shared services team in Hyderabad has just started, a huge strategic decision to set up a shared service in Hyderabad, leadership is fantastic and provides all support to the team members, the culture of the organization is great, very friendly and collaborative collegues and leaders. HR Policies are very flexible. This is a great place to showcase the talent, and potential, Leadership has good thoughts on career growth and skill enhancement of the team members. Overall I find AMRI Shared services to be a very good platform for my career and success.

      Pros

      Poor upper leadership and management Hard work was rarely rewarded or appreciated Long hours-low pay All scientists were overloaded with project and used like machines. Highly under-appreciated. Male-dominated environment suffocating female leadership and initiative.
