Pros

White male and friends of Bill (FOB) and George you are golden. Can do no wrong and brag to other employees that you are basically untouchable because you have been friends.

Cons

Senior Management does not back it own staff, even though aware that situation was not handled correctly and ruined employment for tenure individual.

Pros

great people in the departments, always something different to work on

Cons

executive management is horrible, they have no idea what goes on in the workplace. have lost whatever loyalty there was under previous CEO, now it is all about growing to a billion dollar company no matter how many people get hurt. Customers are going to leave this place since they don't care about them.

Lacking in support for employees.

Pros

Experience Coworkers generally dedicated, well beyond how well they are valued.

Cons

Bids written with no sense of the actual work we do. Instrumentation is required to do the work which doesn't exist. Infrastructure is aging, no service contracts for HPLCs, antiquated labs and equipment. Hard work is not rewarded or recognized.
