Not a bad stepping stone.

Pros

Work with highly professional, intelligent people, on challenging chemical processes.

Cons

Upper management is obviously working towards bullet points on their resumes, without any thought to leaving a healthy thriving company. Expansion by acquisition at the expense of building a strong healthy company seems to be the corporate direction. No value placed on employees until Regeneron cut deeply into talent where it hit quarterly numbers. Then a lukewarm to insulting response. Example after example of "penny smart and dollar stupid".

Pros

White male and friends of Bill (FOB) and George you are golden. Can do no wrong and brag to other employees that you are basically untouchable because you have been friends.

Cons

Senior Management does not back it own staff, even though aware that situation was not handled correctly and ruined employment for tenure individual.
