AMRI Burlington is Warning Letter waiting to happen!

You learn what NOT to do! The worker bee's are great because you have to band together to endure repeated terrible decisions of hack management.

Cons

The management is either leftover from Hyaluron (Warning Letter) or is a puppet for AMRI HQ. In either case they are a bait and switch operation for every client and any employee under the management clique is 100% expendable. If they dont like you they will never promote you until you leave. What they do to "Aseptic" products is terrifying and will inevitably kill someone with their beyond shady practices. To potential clients: If you are searching for engineering work then yes, clinical or commercial don't dont waste your $, you'll never get there.

Can't think of much...They have a lot of friendly people working at the site.

Cons

Extremely weak leadership at Burlington from MFG through QA Low pay and No Bonuses Can't keep a PM longer than 6-12 months Quality systems are severely lacking All of the knowledgeable people are leaving or have left Company is heading back into a warning letter or consent decree
