Supportive and Transparent Leadership (Centre Director and All Delivery Leads) 3.No heroics in the work place in terms of all ideas and views of each employee are scrutinises. 4.Great Place to Work. 5.GSS centre is Classical Example for Work Life Balance. 6. Execution and Implementation of DE&I Policies through out the organisation with utmost integrity. 7.Skip Level Meetings and Feed Back sessions are conducting with colleagues regularly at GSS Centre. 8.Remarkable Outputs and Beat Ideas are acknowledging through R&R Program (Rewards & Recognition). 9.Mentoring Sessions are directly hosting by GSS Centre Director to bring out the best talents from each employee at floor. 10. Encourages the colleagues to bring out their hidden talents through extra curricular activities.

Nice work environment and wonderful colleagues. I had an amazing team and manager. Loved working there. Excellent training program, company culture & team building events. Great place to learn many things. Flexible work schedule and good training resources
