Pros

Great GMP experience for your CV

Cons

Toxic environment. Employees not listened to for over a year. Worked relentlessly over COVID with so many new contracts coming in but no new staff to help. Had a great team and was told so many times “this is the longest a team has been together in QC”. Now I believe only 1 person remains while 5+ has left (in the space of 18 months) due to burn out, poor pay and managers not caring. Issues were taken to HR with no resolution. The new HR manager didn’t even know about the complaints when they started soon after.
