      People are friendly and helpful generally Good place to start career as job role is broad so lots of experience for CV

      Cons

      Management makes work environment toxic and no matter how many people complain or leave due to this, nothing changes Always short staff as high turnover due to unpleasant work environment To progress in company face has to fit Salary is poor and longer hours are expected
