Pros

Many well experienced scientists, decent lab facilities, nice coworkers, exposure to obtain a variety of scientific experience

Cons

Management is all over the place, long hours, hard work is expected from employees but random recognized or rewarded. One of the most defunct Human Resources departments I have ever come across in my long work career.

Pros

Genuinely a good company to work for. Really does try to generate great solutions for our life science customers. We're now starting to believe that we are a truly global business and this is making a real motivational difference.

Cons

Its been a tough last couple of years. Budgets have been squeezed, staff count has been reduced and management didn't appear to be listening. Happy to report that all these things are beginning to change for the better.
