Your feedback is very much appreciated. We have received similar feedback in the past and are actively working toward intentionally supporting our employees' career growth. Some of our efforts include: new training opportunities, leadership model, implementation of career mapping to help our employees learn about and explore other opportunities within the company, and greater focus on internal mobility with development plans and internal career center. Please know that your feedback is always welcome and more details of your experience can be shared at hr@curiaglobal.com. Thank you for sharing.

Pros

Decent wages for the area.

Cons

Make up for wages with massive amounts of forced overtime. Management is disorganized, yet tries to micro manage.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We have heard and heeded your feedback and similar feedback from others. We understand that strong leaders are at the foundation of any successful organization and in an effort to rectify less than positive sentiments, we have taken a heightened focus with leadership development through seminars, focus groups, and training and we will continue to do so moving forward. Thank you, again, for sharing.

Pros

Individually you have plenty of good people who support you, yet also recognize how terrible this place is

Cons

Under John Ratliff the pressure throughout the organization turned up. It became an organization that expects a certain level yet refuses to make anywhere close to the appropriate investment in resources. You are constantly on and everything is a fire alarm. Far too many good people have left the organization under John. I would highly caution anyone joining this organization.
