      Opportunity exists at a steep price

      Pros

      Opportunity to bring new ideas to the table. Management seems somewhat open-minded. Could be a stepping stone for some strong-willed individuals.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is a problem. If you have issues with stress, time management, and abusive management styles with negativity and high pressure, this may not be the place for you. Management is not satisfied with any progress and asks for impossible things with few resources. You may notice yourself sleeping less, becoming stressed and unhealthy, struggling to meet your family's needs, and damaging relationships in your life. This company can change your personality completely, and not for the better. It's not worth it, get a new job.

      Pros

      Paychecks didn't bounce while I worked there? Benefits were ok - though not on par with major pharma players. Colleagues were great . Management though, basically pure evil.

      Cons

      Work life balance nonexistent. I was made to think I couldn't take time off to mourn the passing of a loved one... HR there also nonexistent. No real direction from management other than S.O.S - Sales over Service. Constantly shifting objectives and priorities - with no capital to add staff or equipment to meet existing commitments or short term goals.... there are no long term goals - see below...
