      Pros

      Some of the co-workers are nice if not the brightest bulbs

      Cons

      Management in IT has absolutely no idea what they are doing. To hide their own mistakes they will blame you for it even if you were not at the company when it happened. Only work there if you need to 'learn' or are unemployed. Management won't know any better.

      Good people in the plant and labs. Ability to work allot of ot.

      Cons

      Don't take care of the people at all! No real structure. No or minimal raises. Bonuses are also not available.
