Unwilling to invest in their employees

Pros

Fast paced environment which allows for growth and expansion of your core knowledge. You have the ability to interact with employees at all levels on an average day.

Cons

Stress levels only increase with each passing day. Management recognizes effort in some but more often allows others to coast at the expense of those who work hard. Upper management often discusses company culture and ways to retain talent but fail to offer fair or comparable salaries for those who demonstrate a solid work ethic.

Pros

Got to work on pet projects in my free time but there was little of that.

Cons

Worked long hours. In constant fear of being fired. Abusive managers forcing people to tears. All the smart people left.
