      You can find a corner and get comfortable doing nothing if you stay off the radar

      Cons

      Recent layoffs - underperforming business - unsatisfied employees - HIGH turnover rate - stress - lack of fulfillment Get used to colleagues leaving, this place is a turnstile. Poor management, unprofessional attitudes and a general toxic culture.

      Pros

      Working with Curia has been an absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals is not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to the development game changing medicines. The leadership team is focused on both the employee and the product. I cannot recommend Curia highly enough.

      Cons

      If you have a hard time accepting change, the fluid nature of the business can be difficult to manage.
