Pros

Great people to work with overall.

Cons

Lack of training or focus on training for those that are crucial to operations. Outdated operating systems and equipment. Terrible work life balance. The paid holidays aren’t paid if your exempt plus your not actually off during the holidays. Not transparent enough during the recruitment processes, not all information is given. High turnover, to much of the blame game or passing the buck especially with chemists stand behind your directions/instructions.

We appreciate your constructive review. Our goal is to continue to evolve and implement new internal practices based on feedback. Please know that we are actively working to prevent similar experiences for team members in the future, and some of that work includes: emphasis on onboarding training and tools for managers to more effectively onboard and integrate their new hires into the organization as well as establishing an extensive training program for our sterile fill/finish locations, called Sterile University, to support more rapid and thorough training. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Pros

Great work/life balance, the people working here definitely seem to care about their job. The industry is interesting and the research Curia does is fascinating. They provide great experience and bullet points for your resume.

Cons

At the beginning of the year our management team said they were removing the 401k match so that they wouldn't have to do layoffs. They ended up laying off a ton of people a few weeks later. There was never a period of time at Curia where I felt I had really good job security. People in my division were constantly being let go or quitting. You could go days in remote work without a single person reaching out to you.

Pros

Conworkers are great and can be fun at times. It rewarding and if you enjoy leaning new things and problem solving it can be nice plus the pay is pretty good.

Cons

Management is abysmal baddd you will feel like you are completely replaceable no matter how many skills you learn your treated poorly constantly talks down to, and they pretend to care about safety, yet expose you to dangerous chemicals on a daily basis. Training is really poor and turnover is super high. They lie to you constantly and will make you work night shifts no matter if you have family. If anything wrong happens, it’s always the technicians are always to blame.
