Having industry experience from a company like this on your resume will look good to other potential employers. You’ll have to take the good with the bad but that SHOULD go without saying.

Cons

You’ll need to provide the company with more flexibility with your schedule than they’ll be willing to give you in return.

I really can't find the words to describe the anything positive.

Cons

The Burlington site is so Toxic, Management walks around blind to the issues that are going on around , HR ignores anything negative that is brought up, Managers need to be schooled on how to treat people with respect, Manufacturing personal are treated like second class citizens
