Horrible upper management. Promotions based on who you know, not on merit. They only pretend to listen to their employees & their ideas. Worried only about the bottom line. Very little upward mobility.

Cons

Company wants to keep RS I, II and III by giving them three weeks vacation and comparable salary. After they learned everything, they left. Seniors continued to train new hires and also took a lot of responsibilities.
