Pros

There are some perks to this job. Good benefits, and a fairly decent compensation package. Access to a local gym is also a plus that encourages fitness.

Cons

Training is almost non-existent at this company. I.E. Management will direct you to a task and expect that it be done based on the level of competence of the person you may be paired with. Also, the "Sterile U" staff spends far more time attemting to intimidate new hires than doing actual training in specific job funtionality. Overtime and uncertainty are a way of life in this volatile company. Some days you are overwhelmed and other days you are looking for something to do just to pass the time. Management has a nasty habit of outright dismissing what is passed back up the chain of command even when it may be critical to the success of the operation.

Pros

I liked the people that I worked with. The salaries were good for the location (upstate NY).

Cons

Locations are not the greatest for quality of life. Management did not keep promises on hiring.
