Pros

A few really good employees and the manufacturing leadership is trying very hard to make positive changes.

Cons

Almost everything else. Old facility, outdated ways of working, majority of the staff doesn't want anything to change and the rest of them are overworked. The site head has created a work environment based on fear of being fired, and the HR team has helped him to build and perpetuate this environment. And unfortunately, that's pretty much the only thing the HR department does - good luck getting them to answer you or respond to any issues unless they think it's an opportunity to fire someone so that they can fake that they actually do things.

Pros

Currently the only pro is that no one is held accountable for anything. Offer a lot of hours for people who can stand to work them.

Cons

Too many to list as thing have recently taken a 180, but can say that it's all about profitability and numbers.
