Pros

It pays well enough to survive

Cons

No air conditioning, zero communication between managers and techs, will switch your department and shift without any notice whatsoever or consultation from you, does not care about your health or well being, people can basically get away with anything they want because HR does not want to correct people

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It is always our goal to try to balance the needs of our employees with the sometimes tight deliverables of our customers, and we are sorry to hear this was not your reality. For many of our staff, our fast-paced environment affords the ability to work on many different types of projects while being able to quickly grow and experience new challenges, however, we will also keep in mind the experience you have shared as we continue to grow and evolve.
