      Pros

      Nice coworkers, commute is decent for my location, flexible hours

      Cons

      If this is their idea of a "functioning quality control department" supporting GMP work, I am worried. There is not much organization or communication and everything is an emergency/top priority item that needs to be tested right away. Not my idea of a functioning department.

      Pros

      The Grafton site has a new management team that is modeling servant leadership. There are challenges yet to overcome, and the new leadership are working as quickly as possible to improve the culture as well as the processes and procedures.

      Cons

      The site still has challenges, but between great front line people and a new leadership team that is engaged in making the site a great place to work.

      Management on all levels is an absolute joke. They could care less of the safety and well-being of the employees.
