Lots of potential

Pros

Great people, extensive knowledge and skills in the more challenging pharma areas, like sterile injectable. Ability to work on many different drugs/products. New CEO is bringing needed operational and process excellence, which will position AMRI for big growth potential in the future.

Cons

A lot of acquisitions that are not yet integrated. As mentioned in pro's- leadership recognizes the need for integration and process and operational work, which is getting underway, but will take some time.

Pros

1. Good place to start

Cons

1. 25% lower pay and 50% higher work than the industry standards 2. It will take a while to reach next position 3. Every time you ask for promotion or raise they will stop talking or responding to your email for a month and later come with silly reasons
