      Pros

      AMRI has a fast pace, challenging environment which allows for continuous career growth and development opportunities. Over the past five years I've continued to learn and feel challenged in my role which has kept me engaged and happy to stay. The people here are amazing and great to work with. The future outlook of the company is bright and it is exciting to see the company evolve and to be a part of that growth.

      We need more training opportunities for employees and stronger recognition programs, which I believe is in the works.

      Great career experience, coworkers, and cleanrooms.

      Cons

      Filling machines were not always reliable and would take a long time to set parameters to begin filling. Sometimes this led to long hours to oversee a project to completion, many times with a client on-site observing.
