Pros

The people here are extremely hard working and will do anything to see the company succeed. Likely to move ahead and advance career if you are willing to put in the work. Some managers really care about their employees.

Cons

Upper Management strongly pushes overworking to the point of burnout. Very little communication between departments and most of the communication comes in the form of criticism and arguments.

Pros

Good direct supervisors and team members who are very knowledgeable and willing to train

Cons

Upper management does not care about employees and only cares about profits. Treats employees badly and willing to discard during hard times rather than evaluate the company as a whole.

Pros

Great work life balance within R&D department. Great for learning a lot of new skills. You don't need experience to work the job as you will be trained.

Cons

Even within R&D the main focus is on revenue and there is a lot of pressure on scientists to meet deadlines to make revenue goals.
