Pros

People are good at their roles, want to perform well and succeed

Cons

The company has experienced a workforce reduction recently. Staff were already stretched thin and clearly doing multiple jobs so the workload will never be manageable in expected timelines from boardroom discussions.

Pros

Juniors can learn new things as it is multihandling job. After certain point you will be repeating the same thing for years. No motivation or appreciation though how hard you work.

Cons

Vesting period of 3 years for 401k, no promotional culture, internal politics, standard benefits

Pros

Management is extremely supportive, growth opportunities.

Executive structure at the C-level has recently reorganized. I have no idea how that will affect things.
