Pros

Curious Plot does a great job of fostering a positive workplace environment and strong relationships between team members! I felt like management was very tuned in to what was going on, and genuinely cared about the success of others. Even after I decided to leave to the company I felt like they wanted to see me succeed and support me in my future endeavors. Additionally, the hybrid model allows for more efficiency, and work life balance.

Cons

Parking can be a bit difficult but there's no requirement to come in to the office and street parking is very affordable in that area.

The only thing worse than losing a teammate is losing a teammate who is so so darn Minnesota nice! While we don't ever want to see somebody go, we will always support our former teammates in their choice. People make career decisions for a lot of reasons, including family, salary and changes in their career path. You never know when that path my circle back and lead you home to Curious Plot. We'll leave the light on for you.

We believe growing pains are better than the slow death of stagnation. We will always err on the side of growth, but not for growth's sake. We want to grow because growth provides more opportunities for our teammates. The only way to make room for employee growth without attrition is to grow the agency. But we feel the pain and are working on ways to relieve it. Thank you for giving us the encouragement to work even harder on behalf of teammates like you who want to work here.
