Pros

Working with smart nice people! Mission and ethics of the company are top notch! Very high growth company -- remote patient monitoring will continue to take off. Given large responsibility and ownership over interesting projects. Monthly snack box.

Cons

Pains of a startup that is now in growth stage, such as prioritizes can shift quickly and roles require a breadth of knowledge. Having increased demand but not able to fully meet and support customers due to high growth can be challenging.

Great supportive environment with an amazing, hardworking talented team Fast paced, still very much a start up environment Get involved in so many things, not just the day job Flexible working environment and remote friendly Being involved in a company that is actively improving patient care

Start up environment is not for everyone, it can be very challenging at times.
