Pros

I love what I do here. One of the main pros for me is being able to focus my working life on creating, almost from scratch, something genuinely useful. If you were doing tech buzzword bingo, you'd hit a lot of the favourites; we work across a load of disciplines from embedded firmware dev, data engineering, large scale distributed platform development and mobile app, IoT, DS etc and this keeps every day varied and interesting. I like the people I work with; they are friendly and care a lot about what we do here and the potential impact to patients.

Cons

We are at a size where folks have an opportunity to make their roles, to an extent, what they want them to be. One Con for me is I sometimes spend too much time at work. This however is correlated to my engagement and enjoyment of things I'm involved in, so this isn't a simple question.
