      Pros

      The CEO and leadership team are excellent. This is one of those rare companies that truly value their employees. Healthcare is fully covered, and they were one of the first companies in the state to raise the minimum wage to what was considered controversially high at the time. I've worked at companies where profit matters more than people. I've worked for a company that laid off 10% of its employees, froze salaries for everyone else, and the CEO received a $35 million dollar bonus. CA is legit. There's a reason why it continues to win best places to work for.

      Pros

      I've been working for Curriculum Associates for a little over a year. It's a wonderful company that respects and values their employees. I feel supported by the people I report to and grateful to work with such talented co-workers. I've been working in the industry for over 20 years and can honestly say this is one the best companies I've ever worked at.

      Cons

      I do not have any "cons" for working at Curriculum Associates.

      A Great Place to Work and Feel Valued!

      Pros

      Number one reason I love working here is we care about kids and educators! Your opinion matters here. They acknowledge what is heard in the field and are transparent with company decisions. The company provides and has worked to provide more paths for promotions. There is also serious attention given to Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging. We have several ERGs.

      Cons

      Not always able to deliver on some promises, but that is what happens everywhere.
