Pros

Until you've worked other places, you might not know how important it is to feel valued. Curriculum Associates allows me to feel valued, and thank others for the value they add to their jobs. I get to thank teachers every day for the hard work they do with students. Also, we are encouraged to continue to grow in our own learning! The benefits package is amazing, but not the best part of the job. The best part of my job is how I get to help others. But, we are encouraged to remember how important a work-life balance is. Not just told that it's important, we are ACTIVELY encouraged to remember it, and make time for our lives outside of work.

Too much focus on DEI, to the point of being actively racist against white people (ie. internal communications about open positions where white people are discouraged from applying)
