      Pros

      -Always striving to make things better for the customer -Strives to work smarter, not harder -Asks for input from employees -Considers that employees have personal lives -Opportunities for growth for employees -This is the perfect job for me. I love what I do, and I love working with this company.

      Cons

      -As a part-time employee, the work is not always consistent. Being aware of this allows one to plan appropriately. -Communication is always difficult in a large organization. With that said, this company works to communicate. There is always room for improvement for us all in this area.

      Pros

      My experience at CA has been the highlight of my career in education by far. I can confidently say working for CA is the best career move I have made. The company respects work-life balance and provides employees with flexibility to exceed in their career as well as make time to prioritize life outside of work. The caring culture and positivity promoted by my team at CA is above and beyond any previous experience I have had.

      Cons

      The only downside I have experienced is regarding working remote. Because my geographical location is not near an office space, I work from home. This can be isolating at times to not have daily interactions with my team.

      Pros

      Our CEO brings a level of energy and passion to our work every day. I have been blessed to work for multiple educational companies in my professional lifetime. Curriculum Associates is the last place I intend to work in my career. This entire team is so dedicated to their districts and their colleagues. Across the company, everyone pulls together and creates a synergy that is unmatched. It feels great for a company, for the first time, to be able to grab hold of my heart. I am honored to be a part of this magic we do everyday.

      Cons

      The dedication we have can result in a heavy workload. We are growing very quickly, which is a GREAT challenge! Scaling up to that growth takes time because we work hard to find the right people. This con of more work temporarily is also a pro as growth is wonderful and we only hire the best of the best!
