      Many companies say they value people, but CA really does that!! (1) pays well (2) great work life balance - company really cares about employee experience (3) amazing culture - senior management puts good team culture as their first priority (4) great diversity & inclusion

      A little slow in moving things ahead due to the size of the company. Needs more fresh blood. Tech team is getting paid a little lower than the market
