Pros

The recruiting/interview/onboarding process is amazing. They make you feel welcome and wanted even before they know if they want you. The culture, benefits, and work/life balance are all top notch. The building has gone through some amazing renovations and there is a great openness to the work environments. There is open communication from senior management regarding growth and future plans. The CEO holds regular informal lunch meetings with employees to discuss their concerns about the company. Easily the best company that I have ever worked for.

Cons

Location isnt the greatest as it is near the Rt 3/ 495 intersection, so traffic is almost always horrible. That being said, there are ways to avoid that traffic from any direction and its certainly better then driving into Boston!

Pros

The company started so strong and attracted high level educational professionals! The people I work with in the field are top notch.

Cons

Morale is so low now, a 20% pay cut does that. Those of yall applying for the newly posted Educational Consultant position, just know that you're being brought in to replace a highly professional team that has slowly exited in the last month due to pay cuts, extremely micromanaging managers, leadership that DOES NOT LISTEN to its people with actual action, and heightened expectations for productivity, AI usage and outsourcing quality. If you're cool with that environment, welcome aboard. The recent lawsuit doesn't make them look good either, curious about their future.
