      - decent benefits and pay - coworkers who care about you, your life, what you care about - flexibility

      Cons

      - very chaotic work environment, lack of decision making and focus - executive leadership is very focused on opening India office and being PC with DEIB, but really people just want some baseline communication about what's important and how our teams should prioritize our work to support it - balancing time zones across India, Australia, Ireland, and US is a mess

      The mission, co-workers, and product.

      Cons

      Company culture has shifted significantly in recent times and no longer the "best" place to work. Leadership is only focused on building the India office while forcing shared working hours across time-zones. The company is a US-centric multinational that relies on outsourcing to India with no plans for investment in those markets. All of this is impacting the culture and making it challenging for employees to work and be valued.
