Good benefits but no growth

Pros

Benefits are really good and flexible work policy It’s best for people who don’t want to take risk and are happy to keep on doing same things every morning

Cons

Work is slow and monotonous and no chance of internal growth unless you are close to leadership Self obsessed CEO, always refer the company as his company

We deeply appreciate your review and feedback. While we are glad to learn that you enjoyed our competitive benefits package, as well as work-life balance opportunities, we are sorry to learn that your experience did not otherwise match your expectations. Here at CA, we encourage that employees reach out to their direct manager with any concerns regarding professional development or workload. As well, our new-and-improved performance review system has made it even easier to capture the hard work of our employees and set folks up for continued growth and success. With your feedback in consideration, we will keep investing in our employees and their career trajectories. Thank you! - Shrina

We’re sorry your employee experience did not meet your expectations. As part of team development this year, we changed how the Finance function is structured to increase an operational investment in people, process, and technology. We eased the demand on day-to-day teams by adding new team members and ERP Leads per area. We welcomed an Accounts Receivable manager and look forward to benefiting from her direction and guidance. And we’re committed to continued investments in coaching and leadership. As part of this commitment, we’ve added management training and daily scrums to work swiftly, efficiently, and cross-collaboratively with other departments such as Operations and Sales. We look forward to what 2021 brings. Thank you for your feedback. - Shrina
