I enjoyed the flexible schedule and my manager didn't care when the work got done just as long as it did.

Cons

Little to no control of your schedule. Nit picky about enter hours worked under the correct code. I did not get paid for all of my time worked for CA due to the strict rules around part-time pay reporting.

Curriculum Associates improves the classroom environment for both teachers and elementary-grade students all over the USA. The company is taking great steps in the DEIB initiatives. It used to be a medium-sized place with a great work environment.

Cons

Some of the DEIB initiatives have been bent due to the socio-political pressures. Recently there seems to be a significant loss of focus in the product direction and execution. The team that brings the customer requirements and interaction to the technology team has been either ill-prepared or lacks some important skillset. Middle-tier management is not well-informed about the company's direction. Even though some steps have been taken for helping employees with career development it is largely a secondary concern. It is also not a place that pays the top salary in the Boston technology market.
