      Pros

      Curriculum Associates is a great company to work for. It not only cares about its employees, but genuinely cares about helping teachers and students succeed. CA is constantly trying to improve with one goal in mind: making life easier for teachers and helping students succeed. I have never experienced this level of care from any other company/organization. I am proud to be part of CA!

      I have not experienced anything negative since being hired.

      CA has great products that help a lot of educators and students.

      Cons

      As mentioned in many previous reviews, this company USED to be a wonderful place to work. They preached a "people first" approach, and really meant it. Over the 3 years I worked at CA, everything that made it a great place to work changed. I went from being valued and understood, to being scrutinized and micromanaged. New management with incredibly unqualified leaders resulted in awful team culture, distrust, and unclear expectations.
