Only good thing is that faculty and staff gets lunch for $5.50

Cons

They recruit faculty by offering full time positions that never materialize. After a long and tedious interview process they downgrade the position to a part time. They do not keep their word. Mediocre faculty with little to no standards. Mediocre students that expect an A for doing nothing, are very disrespectful, belligerent and continuously preparing for a case to sue. You will spend more time figuring out ways to protect yourself from lawsuits than teaching.

The shrinking pool of 18 yr olds all being sought after by the largest concentration of higher ed institutions in the NE makes working for a private college not the best experience it should be. layoffs and salary reductions don't make for a high moral workplace.
