The infrastructure still operates like it's an 800 person campus (now ~2000). Many of the offices have not had staff added to them, making simple things like adequate technology support impossible.

Outdated technology, for students, faculty, and staff. A lack of progressive vision from leadership, at the president down. Run like a summer camp. HR has a hands off approach with department heads, which allows for a variety of labor violations and toxic environments - if you work here and experience discrimination or labor violations, plan to make a complaint to agencies outside the school as no one in the school will help (and will likely take steps that will make your job worse). If you are young, healthy, and can afford to be underpaid, overworked, and abused for a few years, it's ok for entry level positions to get yourself some experience. Just know that you will hate your life many days while you are employed there.
