Attractive campus, good benefits, free parking.

Cons

Inexperienced new college president only interested in bottom line, high turnover of professional staff, faculty & staff expected to take on additional responsibilities without promotion or salary increase, no increases for doing a great job, staff terminated without warning & no severance benefits leading to poor morale, strong sense among faculty & staff that the college is teetering on the financial edge.

Unrealistic expectations, minimal work/life balance, high staff turnover, poor senior leadership, no salary increases (except for promotion), staff shown the door with no advance notice or severance. After years of mismanagement, this college is on its last legs.
