      Pros

      They make high quality, respectable equipment. Definitely a good place for “job security”. Great teamwork oriented and friendly environment. Fun manufacturing shop at this location.

      Cons

      Slow to make cultural changes. Keeping up the pace with technology is not a strong point. The divisions fall victim to corporate ruling. Not very good at fairly rewarding merits when deserved.
