      Pros

      This was a great place to work, I was part of a wonderful team with a great Director. Clear communication of what was expected from me, and support as needed.

      Cons

      Sometimes the req load was a lot. Luckily the team grew and that helped the load become more manageable.

      There is nothing to do most of the time Management is lost Management hides behind their desk and HR when questioned Nepotism, hiring engineers with no experience simply because they are related to the higher ups. Clueless HR reps I dont like to throw this around, but a toxic environment with contractors.
