Pros
The Curtiss-Wright Facilities Department is a very friendly work environment. It allows for a great deal of communication between workers. They allow for advancement every year through performance reviews. You are usually considered for a percentage pay increase and once your pay has reached the top of a pay scale they consider a promotion. They generally are good about giving time off and being considerate of your home life and any issuse you may have to deal with there.
Cons
Sometimes ideas can be dismissed due to a resistance of change in the company. A union causes work to be slower than it should be due to a "the way it's been" attitude.
