Great health insurance plan, 401(k) match is good but can be better, additional company perks are generous, salaries are competitive.
Cons
High turnover in the HR department. Lack of technology is alarming. Weak HR technology team that doesn’t support the department’s initiatives. Most leaders have been in the roles for too long and cannot seem to think of implementing changes.
